time will heal all w0undsweek 2 of my attachment. sheena n i didn't complete the care plan. totally forgot about medications la..haha.. until ci en was talkin about it. but nvm la..CI say can tmr hand in..but she'l mark as late. whatever lorx.. super tired.. is it jus monday blues or what.. simply can't comcentrate.. jus waitin for time to pass. thou the ward is filled with interesting ppl now...haha deb is here.. after so long.. grandma was like super happy to see her and yes, she passed her driving.. shall ask her to drive me out too.. haha free transport lehx.. nowadays take bus v ex lehx..lol! i think doris is comin too should be having dinner with them tonight ba gt this feeling we'l eat downstairs the zi char.. intendin to sleep early today. seriously felt giddy at work.. maybe its jus me or maybe its the CI.. she was talkin n i felt everythin moving.. was holdin on the the cupboard, pretendin everythin was ok.. maybe its time to see a doctor hahaha... oh wells i stil have to do my care plans.. patho is not done yet.. i'm happy! jess came back on sat.. dexter was back too.. shall update the picture soon! it really brings me joy to see jess in church.. serious.. i'l talk more about it when i update the picture.. for now, i wanna start on the patho.. oh.. zuzhang is in taiwan.. for a week - no comments - hahahahahahahahaha.. opps..=x |
